HALLOWEEN 30TH ANNIVERSARY DVD DON'T BUY IT

HALLOWEEN 30TH ANNIVERSARY DVD DON'T BUY IT

The reason why is simple, for a huge anniversary this DVD set smells of a rush job. You will be getting NOTHING new. Yes A Blue-Ray DVD but so what? There is the extended version however that has been out of print for years however so what? Here is what is included let me remind you that this set is selling for $90.

Anchor Bay has revealed early details on Halloween: The 30th Anniversary Commemorative Set. The 6-disc package will include the original 1978 film, the extended edition which has been out of print for several years, Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers, Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers, a Halloween 25 Years of Terror documentary with cast and crew, and a bonus Blu-ray release of Halloween. On top of all that, the collectible set will include a replica of the Michael Myers mask. Retail will be $89.97. We've attached a trade advertisement containing the official package artwork below:

Now this just a repackage job. Anchor Bay is just throwing in a mask. There is nothing new in terms of extras. It would of been nice if Anchor Bay was releasing the found footage that had the original ending (Michael Dies) The original call where Laurie gets the phone call from Annie.

They also could of had PJ Soles and Jamie Lee Curtis do an audio commentary. Also Why not dig up Kyle Richards  Brian Andrews for an on camera interview as well?

Also they could of interviewed the people that now run business's out of the original Myers House. Why not interview the people that live in the houses now that Laurie and Annie were babysitting in?
