You basically have out the studio in moth balls! Just sell it or start cranking out some "Elm St" films. You also own "Friday the 13th" and your doing nothing about the property. Since your too chicken shit to make horror films then sell New Line Cinema. Its an asset that your not using! Might as well sell it!
