1982 Best Picture Nominee's Victor/Victoria Tootsie and ET lost the award to

In 1982 the Academy Awards Nominations for Best Picture included "ET". "Tootsie" and "Victor/Victoria".  None of these now cinema classics won the coveted award the film that did win was "Gandhi".   All the years later the public has still hate "Gandhi"  and for a good reason "IT'S BORING"
