DICK TRACY THE 1990 OVER HYPED FILM

Disney began marketing this film before 1 frame was shot.  After all the headlines and the film was finally released the movie ended up being "Cool Looking" but that was about it.  The Box Office Returns were below expectations.   What once looked like a new franchise turned out not to be.


This film biggest flaw was the fact there were to many songs sang by Madonna and that would of been good but this film wasn't a musical.
