WE NEED AN EXORCIST DOCUMENTARY ON ALL THE SEQUELS

The 1973 film "The Exorcist" had a brilliant documentary all about the film.  From Casting to Final cut.  The Documentary was called  "Fear of God: The Making of the Exorcist".   That film set a standard on how make a documentary of a film.

Now what is surprising is that Warner Brothers has not made a documentary on any of the sequels.  All of then had major well know post production problems.  All of them had severe studio interference however it would be nice to see the directors of each film give their account of the studio interference.  

It would be nuce to hear about 

The problems with "The Exorcist II" and why the director re-edited the film after it was released

"Exorcist III"  It would be nice if Morgan Creek would finally admit that they have the original "Exorcist 3" cut that fans have only herds about but never seen.  Morgan Creek pretends that that footage is "LOST" however nothing gets thrown away.  Somehow they just don't want us to see this.

This is only the tip of the iceberg.  These films have a loyal audience.  It would be nice to see some respected documentary regarding these films.  Now the sequels did SUCK but it would be nice to hear on record why each director felt why his film failed.  .
