It's a MAD MAD MAD MAD World Need s Restoration Today's Comics should Help

"It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World" is a comedy classic.  The film is filled with comic legends and set the standard when it comes to caper comedies.  

The film also has a checked History when it comes to running time.  There is many versions of  this film that have been released  at various running times.  Now the original Cut of the film was thought to no longer to exist but film film expert Robert Harris has stated there is a original "Road Show" version that has been found but it needs to have a restoration before it falls apart.    

I think today comedians should start lobbying the studio to restore the film.  Robin Williams should use heis voice on the matter.  His idol Jonathan Winters is in this.  Also Bill Maher is said to be a huge fan of the film. 

It also said to be a favorite of Jay Leno David Letterman &  Jon Stewart .  All of them should start lobbying UA to restore the film.
