Should Lorene Michaels Retire or be pushed out of the door?

Since NBC seems to be pushing Jay Leno out the door (again) I just don't see why that haven't done the same thing to Loren Michael's.  SNL this year has been terrible. Martin Short was great as well as   Justin Timberlake.  Now the rest of the year has been okay.  

Rumors abound that this is the last year for many cast members.  "Jason Sudeikis" "Keenan Thompson" "Bill Hader" and even "Seth Meyers" are said to be near the end of their residency.


I think Tina Fey should come back and take over the show.  She would do a great job.
